Mosaic Workshops with Lisa Lynne

You can learn all the skills you need to make beautiful glass and tile mosaics while enjoying a scenic outdoor art deck. Each month’s workshops will introduce a new aspect or skill so those who have taken before will have something new to create.

Beginners will have several basic projects to choose from. Flowerpot, picture frame, hanging mirror, garden stone, treasure boxes, and more. Then you can learn the skill of “glass-on-glass” mosaics by using transparent colorful glass on clear glass backing for candle holders, window frames, or sun catchers. (photos below)

There is a minimum of two workshops required to complete a project. But this series allows you an opportunity to sign up for as many dates as you wish and pay as you go $20 for each two-hour workshop. You will be provided with stained glass pre-cut shapes, tiles, tools, adornments, and adhesives as well as a selection of projects to choose from. There will be additional special jewelry pieces or gemstones available for purchase to include in your projects. You are welcome to bring your own special materials to include and personalize your project as well. Most projects are small to medium-sized so you can complete them in the amount of time you have. If you want to do a larger item like a night-stand-sized tabletop or bench there may be an additional cost for the extra glass you will need for it, but it’s best to learn your skills on a small or medium-sized item first. You will also make new friends!

Please email me at Lisa@LisaLynne.com to make reservations for any of the below dates. There are eight tables/spaces available for each date and one to two people per table. I will be adding the Summer dates in May. Please email me if you have questions.
